We follow a complete NO Cancellation policy because we are not an ecommerce portal where you say that the placed order is of wrong size or wrong color or do not have a proper fitting. We are a service platform where you are purchasing from us in response to the services you want to use.

In rare to rarest condition, when you purchase something and the credit is not visible in your Wallet, then you can go for a cancellation for that order but only after sharing the complete purchase details and that also not after 24-hours after the purchase.

Our team will inspect the issue and after a complete and details analysis, you will be issues refund and which can take up to 7 working days or more depending on the criticality of the matter.

In order to Cancel or postponed, we need below details: -


• There is NO Cancellation for any of the purchases from platform until unless the order has not been processed and in any technical glitches.

• There is NO Cancellations for GIFT Cards.

• There is NO Cancellations for Diamond Purchases.

• There is NO Cancellations for Boost Videos.

Cancellation Fee

Since there is No Cancellation, so there is no cancellation fee as well but there might be different charges as the whole process goes with the help of our Payment gateway partners and it comes with cost, time and efforts. There can be charges for Payment gateway processing fee which will be notified at time of processing on cancelled amounts if any.
