And we work with an agenda to keep our customers first and are committed to make sure all our customers are happy with our services. If you find that we are unable to serve you as per expectations and you are not happy with the services or if you have something which you want to honor then you are always welcome with your suggestions and inputs at our customer care service which you can submit in written via email at support@snik.live or if you have any dispute please write us at disputes@snik.live and we will get back to you at the earliest. We will solve all the disputes amicably to all our extent and will try to provide you the best possible solution of your problem.

  1. Notices -

All notices given by the customers to Snik must be given to Snik at Gurugram, Haryana, India – 122 001 or be emailed at disputes@snik.live. Same way Snik may give notice to the customer on either the e-mail or postal address that the customer provides to Snik while registering and placing the order on our website, or in any of the possible ways. Notice will be deemed to be received and properly served immediately when posted on Snik website, delivery of offline to your address or on your e-mail after 24 hours. All the medium of notices will be treated as delivered as specified by us.

  1. Agreed Dispute Resolution Process -

We will try our best to resolve if occurred any within a certain time frame of 30-45 days but if any of the parties designated representatives cannot resolve the dispute within the time specified in preceding sub-section, then either of the parties may give notice to the other party, of its intention to commence arbitration, as hereinafter provided, as to the matter in dispute. No arbitration in respect of this matter may be commenced unless such notice is given. Any dispute or difference in respect of which a notice of intention to commence arbitration as above has been given, it shall be finally settled by arbitration.

Both parties mutually decide a Sole Arbitrator to listen & analyze as well as to resolve the dispute but if the parties fail to come on a mutual consent of assigning a Sole Arbitrator than the same shall be appointed by the High Court of Gurugram as per Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on an application made by any of the parties for the purpose thereof.

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any statutory modifications or re-enactment thereof and the rules made thereunder. The place of arbitration solely be Gurugram, in all the scenarios and conditions without any disagreement. We believe that you share your consent by accessing these terms & conditions here.

  1. The arbitrator shall give a reasoned award.

Notwithstanding any reference of dispute or difference under this clause, the parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under the contract unless they otherwise agree.

  1. Law and Jurisdiction

The exclusive jurisdiction will be the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India. This Agreement or the dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by Indian Law.
